Account & Payment Options
Retail Customer
Payment per transaction- no customer information needed. Dispatch will only require location (coming from, going to and or delivery details) at the time of ticketing for payment security and transaction confirmation. Online Portal is not available. Tickets we provide during a basic retail transaction are receipts and will have full pricing details along with payment confirmation.
Retail Account
(Name is noted with RETAIL when created)
An account that does not have credit with us but pays for each transaction immediately. If you are a customer that visits us regularly, we can enter you as a “retail account” which will benefit you with access to live ticket tracking, ticket reprint and reports using our online portal. Complete contact information will be needed for entering your account accurately into our systems. Tickets we provide during a Retail Account transaction are receipts and will have full pricing details along with payment confirmation.
Credit Card Account
(Name is noted with RCC when created)
An account that has been reviewed and approved for credit and payment terms but prefers to pay for each transaction with credit card. This type of account would be for customers who are looking to gain credit card points, do not want to receive weekly billing, or would like the flexibility of changing your payment option to billing and set terms at any time. A Credit Card Account will have access to our online portal for all live account tracking, ticket reprint and reports. If interested, please fill out the following credit/account application. Once reviewed and approved, a welcome package will be emailed with confirmation of approval along with detailed account terms. The preferred Credit Card number which is noted as an “embedded token” will be safely stored within our ticketing system upon your first placed order and or transaction, this provides the benefit of not having to present a credit card during each ticketed transaction. Tickets we provide during a credit card account transaction are receipts and will have full pricing details along with payment confirmation.
Credited Account
An account set with credit and payment terms. With a Credited Account all new daily activity on your account including payments and transactions, will receive invoices along with account balances, sent at the closing of each week. Once an application has been reviewed and approved a welcome package will be emailed with confirmation of approval along with detailed account information and your account will be entered into our system with credit and terms. Online portal is available for live account tracking, ticket reprint and reports. If interested, please fill out the following credit/account application. Tickets we provide during a Credited Account transaction will not have pricing details.
